The BID is now in it's final year and the board are consulting with resident busineses on the way forward.

The result from this consultation will shape the size, direction and scale of the future plansfor the Blackburn BID: therfore it is vital that you repond if your company views are to be heard.

In addition to establishing your views on the Blackburn Business Improvement District, it is also essential we understand two key factors: what priority issues you would like to see addressed through the five year investment programme and what part you wish to play in realising these improvements.
